Your name, email address and phone number are stripped off them first, which leaves the sale without the person. They can no longer be traced back to you or seen by anyone signing in.
Gift cards you have bought stay valid. Whoever is holding the code is usually not the person who paid for it, and cancelling it would take money off them rather than you.
Email dewsburyfisheries@gmail.com from the address the account uses, or ring the shop on 01924 565438, and we will delete it for you. We will reply within one month, and usually the same week.
